Lightweight and functional bag made of spun polyolefin (Tyvek) designed for crampons but nicely functions as a gear bag, pillow, stuff sack, or ice screw/rock pro/draws stowage. Laminated perforated fabric drains water and allows contents to dry. This is not your thin housewrap variety Tyvek, but a thick, two-ply laminated perforated washable soft material. Two extra layers are placed inside at the ends to protect front points from puncturing other gear inside the pack. Simply stow your crampons points to points and place in the bag. Roll the top down and secure with the 3/4" webbing squeeze buckle (Regular) or secure with paracord and springlocks (Long). Stuff inside the pack, or lash to the outside passing your pack straps through the webbing loop for security.
Regular size fits crampons that reduce in length. Long size fits full length crampons.
